Area 57 is on the east side of the valley and Area 59 is on the west. Water rights cannot be moved across the Jordan River. Utah Valley has 4 Areas: 51 is the Spanish Fork River Drainage, Area 53 is the Mona Elberta area, Area 54 is Cedar Valley and Saratoga and Area 55 is the Provo River drainage from Francis to Lehi.
