May 30, 2000 Bill Marcovecchio, President of the Company indicated that the Board of Directors had decided that they would no longer allow the transfer of water out of the distribution system. He said that he was aware that this action would have a significant impact on the value of the remaining shares. Salt Lake City and the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy are offering $1450 per share. With delivery of 4.84 AF/Sh that translates to $300/AF.

July 26, 2000 15 shares that had been previously transferred into a well in Utah County sold for $6000 per share or $1240 per acre foot.

August 30, 2000 15 shares of East Jordan previously transferred to a Utah County well sold for $6000 per share or $1240 per acre foot.
